IT Service Desk Analyst

A talented IT Service Desk Analyst is required for a position based in Watford with a niche, market leading and growing software supplier to the construction industry. This position will join a small team in supporting clients using the company software systems but also play a key role in the development of the systems moving forward. We are looking for someone with experience working on a service desk / helpdesk in a software support capacity.

Any exposure to ERP systems would be useful but is not essential

A starting salary of up to £30,000 is available along with excellent progression opportunities as the company grows.

Role Purpose

Day to day support of clients who use the company software systems

What you will be doing

  • Client support including - logging of calls, supporting of custom solutions, training and ad hoc on site support
  • Review and updated of CRM systems
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Management of customer licences
  • Project work
  • Weekly / monthly reporting

 

What you need

  • Previous exposure in supporting clients using specialist software
  • Service / Helpdesk experience
  • Strong MS Excel skills
